Summer Herbs for Flavor All Year

Herbs add flavor and reduce the need for salt. Learn all about culinary herbs including how to pair them with food, use them in cooking and how to freeze or dry herbs for year 'round use. Presenter: Daryl Minch, FCHS Educator of Somerset County.

All sessions begin at 2 p.m., are FREE, and will last approximately 45 minutes with time for Q&A. To join, you must register at https://go.rutgers.edu/sy97dxme and have either a computer, tablet, or smartphone with speakers.
