Join Shelley on this small group culinary tour to Puglia + Basilicata. Surrounded on all sides by crystal-clear seas, Puglia is a unique combination of ancient history, beautiful craftsmanship, and welcoming locals who love to feed you! On this trip we'll also spend time in Matera (Basilicata), one of the oldest cities in the world, where we'll stay in a cave hotel and learn this city's unbelievable story of triumph against all odds.

Our tour will be led by Shelley Wiseman and Susan Guerra, a wine professional and the owner of Via Del Vino Food and Wine Tours. Susan, who lives in Italy, has family ties to Puglia and will introduce you to the locals she knows for a peek into daily life in this magical region of Italy. Our itinerary takes us from the Itria Valley, the land of the mysterious Trulli houses to the sun-kissed Salento and includes a selection of Puglian food and wine tastings, cooking classes, sightseeing, artisan workshop visits, plus free time to wander on your own or relax by the pool. Blue Moon Acres Farm Market

Blue Moon Acres Farm Market will open for the season beginning on Friday April 18th. The farm market will be open on Fridays 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm until December. 11 Willow Creek Drive, Pennington.

Blue Moon Acres’ mission is to offer the most nutritious organically-grown produce and locally-sourced favorites. Owners Jim and Kathy Lyons have provided organic food to restaurants for thirty four years and want to offer it to their neighbors as well. Inside the geothermally heated and cooled building will be a selection of Blue Moon-grown Certified Organic produce, micro greens, eggs, rice, our own line of Herbarium body care products made with herbs grown on the farm, as well as an array of products from other local vendors. New this year: Cherry Grove Farm and Doublebrook Farm meats, Cherry Grove Farm cheeses, Otolith sustainable seafood, and Bent Spoon ice cream.

Customers may also sign up for a subscription produce box for weekly pickup at the farm or delivery to their home. We offer our boxes containing Certified Organic produce and fruits year-round!

Afternoon Tea at Morven with the Secret Tea Room

Pasta & Wine Pairing with Firriato Winery, Eno Terra

We are hosting another Pasta and Wine Pairing at Eno Terra to celebrate summer, featuring Executive Chef Emily Kirstein from Mediterra. This pairing event will include wines from Firriato Winery, founded in the early 1980s in Sicily's Trapani province. In the 1990s, Firriato also established the Cavanera Etnea estate on Mount Etna. The vineyards, located between 1,800 and 3,000 feet, grow in sandy, mineral-rich volcanic soil. This unique environment gives their wines a special elegance that pairs perfectly with our pasta dishes. Seating will be outdoors (weather permitting) and communal.
