Lisa Gardner in Conversation with Amy Jo Burns - A Library and Labyrinth Collab

Author Lisa Gardner is joined by Amy Jo Burns to discuss her latest novel "Still See You Everywhere" at this ticketed Book Brunch event. Registration is required and includes a copy of the book. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. for pastries, coffee, tea and other light brunch fare. The author talk will begin at 11 a.m. with a book signing to follow. Tickets are $20 (+tax and fees), the price includes brunch and a copy of the book.

Winery Weekend Music Series @Terhune's

TARZAN - The Musical, Kelsey Theatre

Based on Disney’s epic animated musical adventure and Edgar Rice Burrough’s Tarzan of the Apes, Tarzan features heart-pumping music by rock legend Phil Collins and high-flying adventure! Washed up on the shores of West Africa, an infant boy is taken in and raised by gorillas who name him Tarzan. Apart from striving for acceptance from his ape father, Tarzan's life is mostly monkey business until a human expedition treks into his tribe's territory, and he encounters creatures like himself for the first time. Tarzan struggles to navigate a jungle, thick with emotion, as he discovers his animal upbringing clashing with his human instincts.

Princeton History Walking Tours, Historical Society of Princeton

All-Ages Folk Dance, Princeton Country Dancers

Our family-friendly dance features square dances, contra dances, play party games, other traditional American dances, and sometimes folk dances from around the world; it’s great fun for the whole family, from young children (ages 4 and up) to adults. The dances will be led by John Krumm, nationally known and one of our favorite callers; live music will be provided by the Mixed Age Dance Band. Musicians of all ages and abilities are welcome to join the MAD Band - there is a rehearsal immediately before each family dance. No partner or experience is needed. Admission: $10 per person, or $25 per family of 3 or more. For those with limited income: $5-$10 per person and $15-$25 per family

Bad Kitty Birthday Bash with Nick Bruel, Princeton Public Library

The library and jaZams host a party for Bad Kitty's 20th birthday with crafts, games, cake and an appearance by Bad Kitty. Nick Bruel, creator of “Bad Kitty,” will also join the fun. Nick Bruel will read "Bad Kitty Party Animal," answer questions from the audience and sign books. There will also be a chance to have a picture taken with Bad Kitty.

Let's Just Sing! Choral Reading of Gilbert & Sullivan's Iolanthe, Princeton Society of Musical Amateurs

The Princeton Society of Musical Amateurs celebrates 90 years of love for choral music, and you're invited to sing. Vocal scores provided. $10 admission for singers (or annual membership).  Free for students and non-singing guests.

Members of the community gather together for the common and joyful enterprise of making music for their own pleasure, singing through the great works in choral literature with chorus, orchestra, and soloists as the works require. There are no separate rehearsals and no auditions. Walk-in singers and listen-only guests are welcome at all sessions. Conductors may do some light preparation with the chorus before the sing-through. Orchestra members participate by invitation, based on the instrumental needs of the work.
