Smith Distinguished Research Scholar & Director, Initiative on Politics and Statesmanship, James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions at Princeton University, will speak on "Saving Our Democracy, Looking to Lincoln." The meeting is open to all and free, with a $5 donation suggested. Payment information is on the website.

Eco-friendly gift wrapping allows us to stay festive and be less wasteful; cloth wraps, newspaper, even deli paper can all be used to wrap up something and pass it on to someone you love. Holiday Jam! The Green @Palmer Square

Join us for a magical evening on the Green! Bring your toy donations and enjoy captivating performances by Princeton University a cappella groups! Stay warm and merry with local food and beverage from your town favorites. This event is free and open to all.

Donations benefit the Princeton YWCA St. Nicholas project. Toys for children 10 and under are preferred. *Toy donations can be accepted during the event or in advance at 313 Morrison Hall – open 9am-5pm M-F*

Festival of Trees Winter Garden Party, Morven

Close out Morven’s 20th anniversary with our annual winter fundraising event, the Festival of Trees Winter Garden Party. This year’s event celebrates the Festival’s theme “Deck the Halls with Matzo Balls!” inspired by Governor Hughes’ family tradition. Honey Hughes, daughter of Richard Hughes and former Morven resident, will sing holiday songs in the galleries along with sharing her family story in the Stockton Education Center at 7 p.m. Stroll outside, warm by a fire pit, visit the museum shop (all guests enjoy a 10% discount), and relax with great company at the event that launches the season of giving. Guests can expect a hearty selection of tasty morsels and warming beverages.
