Join Us for a Fall Seed Walk and embrace the spirit of stewardship! This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature, learn about native plants, and contribute to our forest and riparian restoration projects. Venture into the preserve with our stewardship team as we collect seeds from an array of native plants that may include hibiscus, milkweed, flowering dogwood, button bush, oaks, lobelias, and ironweed. We'll then process and bag the seeds we’ve collected. These seeds will be stored over the winter, ready to be propagated next year and planted in our habitat restoration sites. Plus, we’ll have plenty for you to take home and plant in your own garden!
