Five Wines at Four, Teresa's

Monday June 3, 2024
4:00 PM

The wines of Colli Orientali, Friuli in northeastern Italy are home to some of Italy’s finest white wines. With the Julian Alps to the north and the Adriatic Sea to the south, the vineyards here are well protected and continuously ventilated providing ideal growing conditions. Within the region, countless microclimates exist: cooler and wetter in the north close to the mountains; milder and drier in the south where you’ll find Colli di Poianis.

Join us Monday, June 3 as we welcome Alberto Marinig, owner of Colli di Poianis, to guide us through his beautiful wines and the land that makes these wines unique. Assaggini and snacks will be served.

Continuing Conversations on Race, Princeton Public Library

Monday June 3, 2024
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Princeton High School racial literacy students offer their annual presentation. This event will be held in person and also available to watch on our YouTube channel.

"The goal of racial literacy is not a singular destination, instead it is an open acknowledgement that literacy is multi-faceted and requires a life-long commitment to a growth mindset. In the case of racial literacy, it is that which allows us to take steps toward courageous conversations with those closest to us." Students will share insights about their experiences in the racial literacy class as they present on their individualized research from the semester. Presented in partnership with Not In Our Town Princeton.
