Sunset Sips & Sounds, Terhune Orchards

Come join us in our historic apple orchard for Terhune wine, music, light bites and friend-filled evenings every Friday nights June through Sept 6 at Terhune Orchards Vineyard and Winery. What a great way to unwind after the week, meet friends, bring your family, enjoy the sunset on the farm. Grab a glass of one of our award-winning wines, tasting flight or wine slush, sit back, relax, and enjoy live music from local artists each week. Styles range from Jazz and Blues to Folk and Rock.

Music from 5pm-8pm. Winery is open 12pm-8pm. Barn Door Cafe is open for homemade dinner fare and light bites fresh from the farm. Sips & Sounds is the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Couples Class ~ Rack of Lamb, Shelley's Table

Princeton Symphonic Brass Summer Concert

The Princeton Symphonic Brass, under the baton of Lawrence Kursar, will hold its annual Summer Concert on Friday, June 28, 2024, at 7:30 PM at the Community Middle School Auditorium, 95 Grovers Mill Road, Plainsboro, New Jersey. This summer's Eve concert features americana, jazz, pop, and light classical in a beautiful, spacious, state-of-the-art performance space with ample, free parking.

Tickets at (Adults $20/ Seniors $15/ Kids 16 and under $5) and at the door 30 minutes prior to the event (Adults $22/ Seniors $17/ Kids 16 and under $5)

Proving too high spirited for religious life, Maria is dispatched to serve as governess for the seven children of a widowed naval officer, Captain Von Trapp. Her growing rapport with the youngsters, coupled with her generous spirit, clash with the Captain, with his fiancée, and finally with the Nazis who seize power of her Austrian homeland. This Rodgers & Hammerstein classic is one of the world’s most beloved musicals.

Al Lubel, Catch A Rising Star

Al Lubel became a lawyer to satisfy his mother and quit to become a comedian to satisfy his sadistic need to torture her. After graduating law school in Florida, Al moved to California, passed the bar exam on his first try and immediately began the practice of standup comedy.

Doing the Tonight Show was a big childhood fantasy, so Al auditioned and became one of the last comics to appear with Johnny Carson. Al went on to do six more Tonight Show appearances with Jay Leno and made five appearances on the Late Show with David Letterman. Al has also played an attorney on the Blake Clark HBO Comedy Hour and has been featured in the Showtime and PBS special, A Standup Life.
