Holiday Fest @Lilliepies Bakery

LiLLiPiES Bakery, located at the Princeton Shopping Center, is kicking off the holiday season with their first annual LiLLiPiES Bakery Holiday Fest on Small Business Saturday, November 25, 2023.

Activities will begin at 10 a.m., and include: Holiday carols and music from local a cappella singers and musicians, A special Storytime with Jeff, Signed copies of Pie For My Birthday by Jen Carson and Sofia Schreiber will be available, along with lots of other great gifts and stocking stuffers! Psst... a visit from Santa Claus (around 10:30 a.m.) Gift basket drawing featuring Princeton Shopping Center businesses.

Corn Picking & Thanksgiving Hayrides, Howell Living History Farm

Bring a non-perishable food item for our donation wagon to earn a ride on one of our horse-drawn hay wagons! Horses Peter & Jeb and Bill & Jesse will be giving hayrides from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; tickets are free and will be distributed in the barnyard on a first-come, first-served basis. Canned and boxed food donations will be collected at the visitor center—as well as new, unopened toys for Toys for Tots—to support the community this holiday season.

After your ride, join farmers in the field to help pick and shell the last of the 2022 corn—which will be milled into flour for local food banks—before meeting the farm's cow Blizzard for her 2:00 milking. Homemade lunch will be served from the farmhouse kitchen, and the Friends of Howell Farm's annual Wreath & Sleighbell Sale—featuring straps of sleighbells made by the farm's harnessmaker—will take place outside the visitor center.

Winery Weekend Music Series, Terhune Orchards

It’s the perfect way to enjoy your weekend! Enjoy a glass or tasting flight of our award-winning wines, sit back, relax. Wine and light fare including cheese platters and chips & homemade salsa are available. Enjoy lunch fare from our Barn Door Café. Saturday and Sundays enjoy live music from local artists each week. Styles range from Jazz and Blues to Folk and Rock. Music is from 1pm-4pm.

Greeted by the Sugar Plum Fairy and her Cavalier, Clara enjoys a suite of brilliant and joyful dances before opening her eyes to the familiar sights of her home, wondering if it was all a dream.
