We'll begin by taking a walk around Cherry Grove Farm to identify some fresh edible weeds and, if we're lucky, some mushrooms. These vary according to the season. Herbalist Tish will also discuss some of the medicinal virtues of each plant and show you how to make some delicious vinegars with freshly gathered plants. We will finish by tasting some wild food cuisine, which will be complemented with Cherry Grove's cheeses, and maybe even some herbal cordials.
