Planting natives enhances home gardens in natural beauty, attracts butterflies and birds in the landscape, and contributes to protection of a healthy bioregion. On Friday, April 21, at 7:00 pm, artist Spriha Gupta will be the featured speaker for the “Inside the Artist’s Studio” talk series at Princeton Makes in the Princeton Shopping Center. Gupta, a member of the Princeton Makes artist cooperative, is a mixed-media artist strongly influenced by her Indian cultural roots. She is known for creating narratives with organic forms and textures.
Gupta, who has placed work internationally and frequently has work in solo and group shows, will share insights about her artistic practice and creative process.

It has been a decade since Kelsey Theatre hosted this irreverent comedy show. On Friday, April 21 and Saturday, April 22 at 8pm, four professional stand-up comedians will take the stage to bring their unique brand of comedy to New Jersey. Joe Fernandes, Mike Celona, Angela Sharp will be performing both nights of the event, while social media influencer Kyrus Keenan Westcott will perform during the April 22nd proceedings.
