Join us for an enjoyable yoga practice focused on creating ease in the body, where we will reduce aches and pains while enhancing strength, alignment, and awareness. Other benefits reported include improved balance and posture, movement efficiency, joint health, immunity, and sleep. Practicing yoga just plain helps us feel better at any age!
This class includes warming up the whole body, breathing and relaxation practices, yoga postures, and accessible, gentle movement. Adaptations will be offered for your comfort and choice. Appropriate for all levels; beginners welcome! This class will be taught by Melissa Printon, C-IAYT, who teaches Spanda Yoga®. A limited number of yoga mats will be available - please bring a yoga mat and a small, thick blanket and wear loose, comfortable clothing. We will feature over a dozen French beauties that boasts their origin, land, and terroir… The well known wine producing regions of Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhône and Loire- along with others- will be explored. The final three teams competing in The College of New Jersey's 2023 Mayo Business Plan Competition will present live on March 30, 2022, 5:00pm, in the Mayo Concert Hall. This event is open to the public. A top prize of $30,000 will be awarded to the winning team with prizes of $20,000 and $10,000 for second and third place teams. https://mbpc.tcnj.edu/
