Monthly Nuna Ayllu Women's Circle

The monthly Nuna Ayllu Women's Circle is held at The Sanctuary (215 N Main St, Pennington NJ) on a Sunday, from 11am to 1:30pm. The next dates are: February 19th, March 19th, April 23th and May 21st.

In this circle, women connect through their voice and their active listening, sharing wisdom and learning from each other. Women from different backgrounds and generations are welcome to join. Finger Looping Workshop: Knit Your Own Chunky Blanket (Without Knitting Needles), Trenton City Museum at Ellarslie Mansion

Don’t you just love those chunky, large-loop blankets? Now you can make your own — and you don’t even have to use knitting needles to do it. Artist and instructor Janis Purcell will lead this fun and creative workshop. Bring your lunch, bring your suggested supplies (we’ll send you the list when you register), and let’s have some fun!

Wine & Chocolate Wine Trail Weekend

Visit us at Terhune Orchards Vineyard and Winery as we join other wineries across the state for a weekend of wine and chocolate. Bring your loved one, friends and family to enjoy sweet treats. With 16 varieties of wines, guests can enjoy our wide array of offerings. For this weekend, we are offering a special wine and chocolate pairing of locally made chocolates and Terhune wines. Chocolate pairing includes wine flight, chocolates and a souvenir glass. We have partnered with Pierre’s Chocolates of New Hope, PA, known for their old world recipes and single origin artisan chocolates.

Winery Weekend Music Series, Terhune's

Join family and friends for our winery music series this winter. Grab a glass of one of our award-winning wines, sit back, relax, and enjoy live music from local artists each week. Styles range from Jazz and Blues to Folk and Rock. Music is from 1pm-4pm. Enjoy the fresh farm fresh air in our historic apple orchard or get cozy on inclement weather days in our heated wine barn.

Princeton History Walking Tour, Historical Society of Princeton

Location: Princeton Battle Monument, 1 Monument Drive, Princeton

Enjoy a walk around downtown Princeton and the University campus as you learn about historic sites in the area, including Nassau Hall, University Chapel and Palmer Square. Hear some of the classic history and lesser-known stories of Princeton’s diverse past.

Tickets are $10. Advance purchase is required. Tour starts in the courtyard of the Princeton Battle Monument (GPS address: 1 Monument Drive). Please note: Space on this tour is limited to 20 participants. The number of available tickets will be listed under “Spaces” below. If there is not a box visible, then there is only one ticket remaining.

Sordid Lives, Kelsey Theater

MTM Players is proud to present the ridiculously funny comedy "Sordid Lives." The play runs weekends February 17 - 26, 2023 at Mercer County Community College's Kelsey Theatre located on the college's West Windsor campus on 1200 Old Trenton Road.

Penned by Del Shores, the play is set in the small town of Winters, Texas where a large family tries to come to grips with the death of their matriarch, Peggy. Her family puts the "fun" in "dysfunctional family" as they converge on this small town, causing skeletons to shake loose from the closet. Riotous feuding ensues, followed by the hilarity of resentment, remorse and reconciliation.

Tickets are $20 for children, students and senior citizens, and $22 for adults. Tickets may be purchased online at KelseyTheatre.org or by calling the Kelsey Box Office at 609-570-3333.

Westminster Conservatory Showcase Concert, Richardson Auditorium

Westminster Conservatory presents its annual showcase featuring Westminster ensembles and students. The concert will include the Westminster Community Orchestra conducted by Dr. Ruth Ochs as well as the Westminster Conservatory Chorus conducted by Alicia Brozovich, winners of the Westminster Conservatory Piano Concerto Competition, and students of the Westminster Honors Music Program. The concert also includes the world premiere of The Tundra by Westminster Choir College of Rider University senior Kyle St. Sauveur.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students/seniors. They can be purchased through the Princeton University Box Office at 609-258-9220, online at tickets.princeton.edu, or at the door the day of the performance. For more information, visit www.rider.edu/arts.
