Virtual Doctoral candidate Kristal C. Langford, lecturer of Black studies and psychology at William Paterson University, discusses the Lost Souls Public Memorial Project. The presentation also sheds light on the Middlesex County Judge Jacob Van Wickle's participation in the domestic slave trade.
