Princeton University Concerts ("PUC") invites audiences to hear from musicians who will share their experiences relating to music during illness through "Healing with Music," a new series of events that combine conversation and live performance.

On Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 7:30 PM in Richardson Auditorium, Alexander Hall, cellist and TED Senior Fellow Joshua Roman will participate in the second event in the series in a concert/conversation focused on his continued, multi-year recovery from Long COVID. Beloved by PUC audiences for an extraordinary debut as part of the Live Music Meditation series last year, Roman will perform works for solo cello that have been shaped by his medical journey. Clemency Burton-Hill—award-winning BBC and WNYC broadcaster, author, musician, host of the popular podcasts "The Open Ears Project" and "Classical Fix," and brain hemorrhage survivor—will join Roman in conversation about his experience. Tickets ($40 General/$10 Student) can be purchased at puc.princeton.edu, or by calling 609-258-9220.
