Learn to make two famous Italian desserts which are flavored with espresso. Tiramisu is a desert layered with lady fingers dipped in espresso, mascarpone and whipped cream, dusted with cocoa and chilled. It may sound fancy when frequently praised by Ina Garten, but Affogato is vanilla ice cream with espresso poured over it, a quick and pleasing end to a summer meal taken al fresco. And learn how to make espresso in a Bialetti espresso maker. Registration is required.

Princeton Farmers’ Market

Princeton Farmers’ Market summer market season will take place at the Dinky Train Station parking lot (adjacent to Princeton Wawa) and will run from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., on Thursdays through November 17. The market will be accepting SNAP/EBT, and thanks to the Good Food Bucks program they will match eligible customers SNAP transactions up to $10 per market day! Travel The D&R Canal with Historian Linda Barth, Morven

Local Historian Linda Barth, a longtime canal expert, will share highlights and details about the Delaware and Raritan canal in this hybrid (virtual and in person event)

In this hybrid event, Barth will discuss the history of the Canal, and how it relates to Morven itself, as well as the state of New Jersey. In-person tickets are $10 General Admission, $5 for Morven Members. Virtual tickets are $5 for General Admission, free for Morven Members.
