Understanding Inflammation & Your Diet: Foundation Session, Suppers Program

Tuesday March 8, 2022
7:00 PM

This course provides the foundation of learning about inflammation and how your diet and the foods you eat may worsen or improve this condition. Although inflammation plays a vital role in healing, chronic inflammation may increase your risk of developing an inflammatory disease. Chronic inflammatory diseases can affect the digestive system, joints, skin, respiratory system, and organs.

During this session, Chandler Ray, registered dietitian nutritionist, will explain what inflammation is, why it matters and what you can do about it. Chandler has a knack for making healthy living simple and enjoys doing so with course participants. Chandler Ray will speak for 40-45 minutes leaving plenty of time to address any questions you may have. The course will be recorded and made available to registrants within two weeks after the course date.

Want to learn more? We invite you to join us again on April 26th, same time same place, for a deeper dive into a specific aspect of inflammation and how your diet can make a big difference. Seperate registration is required for the Focus course. This course is offered at a $20 fee and registration is required. For questions and to register for this course or both courses, contact Nancy.
