Join Het Desai-Shah, Ph.D. candidate in Nutritional Sciences as she discusses the benefits of vegetarian diets. The effects of vegetarian diets far exceed the well-known nutritional benefits on one’s health. Research shows that eating a more plant-based diet can also lower carbon footprint and global warming. The aim of this session is to discuss why and how we can eat more plant-based foods.
