WorkWell conducts a job-training program that helps formerly incarcerated people gain long-term employment and life stability. WorkWell screens applicants before accepting them. Our training includes workplace and life skills as well behavioral health. WorkWell matches businesses and trainees based on their skills with the goal of -sustainable employment. In addition, we help them reunite with families and community networks.
WorkWell is inviting all area employers to attend an outdoor lunch gathering in Princeton on September 30 to learn about the WorkWell program and consider how employing returning citizens (ex-offenders) might help their organizations. For details and a link to register, click here.
