Opening Day of the West Windsor Community Farmers Market’s eighteenth year begins Saturday, May 1. To keep everyone safe and distanced, the entrance to the market has changed to 877 Alexander Road through the upper Vaughn Lot. The Market will run each and every Saturday, rain or shine from 9am-1pm until Thanksgiving featuring seventeen farms and twenty artisan food makers and a knife sharpener, all from within fifty-miles of West Windsor.
Joining the roster this year are three farms: Moonshot Farms, Snapping Turtle Farm, and SpiceBush Farm along with Catalina Empanadas, Pure Indian Foods, River Horse Brewery, Sourland Mountain Spirits, Tea-For-All. Look for more organic produce, East Asian vegetables, beer, local spirits, and grass-fed ghee. Mask wearing continues to be required by all, and hand sanitizer stations are located throughout.

Outwater’s Militia (A reenactment group, portraying a Revolutionary War militia unit) will be encamped next to the Johnson Ferry House at Washington Crossing State Park, New Jersey, on Saturday, September 25th. Come and see the men of Outwater’s Militia join together and drill in preparation for action against his majesty’s troops. Stroll through the encampment when the men are not drilling and learn about the life and times of the Revolutionary War. The event will occur between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
The Visitor Center Museum can be reached from I-95 by taking the Trenton/Lambertville Exit (this is the first exit in N.J. heading north and the last exit heading south). Head north on Route 29 for 2 ½ miles and turn right at the first traffic light. Park Entrance will be on your left in a ½ mile. Enter the park and follow the signs to the Visitor Center Museum. The 27th Anniversary of New Hope's Annual Outdoor Juried Arts and Crafts Festival will take place on September 25-26, 2021 from 10-6 pm on Saturday and from 10-4 pm on Sunday at the New Hope – Solebury High School. Fine Arts, Pottery, Woodwork, Glass, Jewelry, Photography, Fiber, Mixed Media, Outsider Art, Paintings, Pastels, Illustrations, Etchings, and other fine artists and craftsmen are honored with cash prizes and ribbons. Located in the historic river town of New Hope PA, known for its arts community, this event should attract 10,000 visitors. This is an outdoor, rain or shine, event, ample parking, festival food, a complimentary shuttle, and music. New Hope's business district is just a few minutes walk or shuttle ride away. This is a quality, juried event. Tickets to the event can be purchased at the gate.
