Bike Nature Tours, Mercer Meadows Pole Farm

For adults & children ages 12 and up. Capacity: 10 people.

Experience the beauty of Mercer Meadows while gliding along on two wheels during this naturalist-guided tour. Bring your own bike or take advantage of our bike rental program for an additional fee. Wellness Wednesdays - Infusing Eco Therapy into Your Day

Our daily routines can be overwhelming at times so exploring ways to relieve stress are useful to achieving a calm and relaxed day. This session will give you a better handle on how to deal with those issues as they arise to create a more peaceful and productive environment for your tasks at hand.

Presenter: Joanne Kinsey, MS, CFCS, CWWS, Family & Community Health Sciences Educator and Associate Professor, Atlantic and Ocean counties. Register here.
