By practicing everyday mindfulness techniques, you can help improve your health, your mental well-being and overall wellness by being mindful of your actions, stress levels and everyday activities. Join us for an opportunity to experience brief moments of mindfulness practice

All sessions begin at 2 p.m., are FREE, and will last approximately 45 minutes with time for Q&A.

Bestselling author Jennifer Weiner discusses and signs copies of her new book, "That Summer," at this ticketed event in the courtyard of the Princeton Shopping Center. Ticket price includes admission and a copy of "That Summer," plus a special treat from Rita's Water Ice. Seating is outside; please bring your own chair. Tickets, $30, are limited to 150. Rain date is July 28.

Admission to the spacious seating area will begin at 5:30 p.m. and is not assigned. Proceeds benefit Princeton Public Library.
