Bike Nature Tours, Mercer Meadows Pole Farm

Experience the beauty of Mercer Meadows while gliding along on two wheels during this naturalist-guided tour. Bring your own bike or take advantage of our bike rental program for an additional fee. Morning Tech Series: APPS for Seniors

But, due to the sheer volume of apps available, picking the best ones for you can be a challenging task. During this session, Librarian Dana Treichler will showcase helpful and enjoyable apps that can benefit any Princetonian, especially senior citizens. Morning Tech Series is presented in partnership with the Princeton Public Library and PSRC.

Wellness Wednesdays - Preserving Foods at Home: An Overview of Safe Options

Summer in New Jersey finds us with an abundance of delicious, nutritious seasonal produce at hand! Are you interested in preserving some of your summer bounty to enjoy throughout the year? Do you want to waste less food too? This session will provide an overview of various options available to consumers for safe home food preservation, including freezing, canning, pickling and dehydrating. Trusted, science-based resources will be shared.

Presenter: Sandra Grenci, MS, LDN, RDN, CDCES; Family and Community Health Sciences Educator

All sessions begin at 2 p.m., are FREE, and will last approximately 45 minutes with time for Q&A.

A Special Evening with Jennifer Weiner, Princeton Public Library

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Jennifer Weiner returns to in-person events with this special appearance for the Princeton Public Library taking place in the spacious courtyard of the Princeton Shopping Center with support from Labyrinth Books.

*Ticket includes admission to the event and 1 signed copy of Jennifer Weiner's That Summer, plus a special treat from Rita's Water Ice . Seating is outside and Bring Your Own Chair. Tickets are limited to 150. If the weather is inclement on July 21st, the rain date is July 28th. Entrance to the seating area will begin at 5:30 pm and is not assigned (1st come, 1st served). It is a spacious area with lots of room for all to find a comfortable spot.
