Daddy Boot CampTM, PENN Medecine

This men-only course is designed for fathers-to-be to gain knowledge in parenting and develop skills for caring for their newborns. Greg Barron, Daddy Boot Camp master coach, along with new dads, will demonstrate how to hold, comfort, diaper, and play with their babies, and offer tips and tricks on: how to calm a crying baby, planning for baby's arrival, pets and babies, car seat safety, and the importance of parental teamwork. Juneteenth Celebration, The African American Cultural Collaborative of Mercer County

The African American Cultural Collaborative of Mercer County (AACCofMC) in partnership with the NJ Legislative District 15 (Senator Shirley Turner, Assemblywoman Verlina Reynolds Jackson and Assemblyman Anthony Verrelli) and Outdoor Equity Alliance are planning an inaugural 3-day, city-wide Juneteenth Celebration. This event is scheduled for Friday, June 18 through Sunday, June 20, 2021 in the capital City of Trenton. As a Collaborative, we endeavor to be "more than just a festival,". The goal of the Collaborative is to Educate, Empower and Unite Africans in the diaspora through cultural arts, health and wellness, entertainment and sports. The purpose of this carefully planned and socially distanced event is to highlight a few very poignant and current issues through displays of culture, collaboration, commerce, unity and education. West Windsor Community Farmers Market

Opening Day of the West Windsor Community Farmers Market’s eighteenth year begins Saturday, May 1. To keep everyone safe and distanced, the entrance to the market has changed to 877 Alexander Road through the upper Vaughn Lot. The Market will run each and every Saturday, rain or shine from 9am-1pm until Thanksgiving featuring seventeen farms and twenty artisan food makers and a knife sharpener, all from within fifty-miles of West Windsor. 

Joining the roster this year are three farms: Moonshot Farms, Snapping Turtle Farm, and SpiceBush Farm along with Catalina Empanadas, Pure Indian Foods, River Horse Brewery, Sourland Mountain Spirits, Tea-For-All. Look for more organic produce, East Asian vegetables, beer, local spirits, and grass-fed ghee. Mask wearing continues to be required by all, and hand sanitizer stations are located throughout.

Summer Camp Open House, The Coder School of Montgomery

Our in-person camps (Monday- Friday 9a-3p), are held at our sweet coding facilities and leverage goodies from our year-round programs to create a uniquely collaborative environment where the kids work together, code together, and have a rockin' fun summer together! Every Friday, we'll have a fun pizza party and a demo day. This gives the kids a chance to show off their projects while articulating their code. We work with students from novice to expert! Our online camps are run remotely over an interactive web meeting from 9:30a-2:30p, with an hour break at 11:30a. Each student will complete a project to present on the last day of camp.
