Hopewell Farmer’s Market

Get to know our new arrival in the wine orchard during this special meet-and-taste weekend. This year’s Sangria is an apple wine base, with hints of peach and strawberry. Pick out a few nibbles from our light fare and food tent to enhance your tasting experience.

The winery is open 12-5pm, with live music 1-4pm. Enjoy Terhune wine, light fare, relaxing music, and friend-filled afternoons. Wine, wine slush, light fare including cheese platters and chips and homemade salsa are available. It’s the perfect way to enjoy your weekend!

All proceeds go directly to Sharim v'Sharot, Orpheus Club Men's Chorus, and Hopewell Valley Chorus.

Math E-Carnival - with Institute for Advanced Study's Women and Math Program

Professor Margaret Readdy and students from the Institute for Advanced Study's 2021 Women and Mathematics program present an interactive, fun and hands-on mathematics e-Carnival. Test your skills at solving mathematical challenges, try to decode secret messages, learn what math has to do with voting, and see if you can construct a one-sided piece of paper.

This program is open to children 6 years and older, teens, adults and families. A zoom link will be emailed the day of the event.

Summer is coming! Summer is coming! And what better way to celebrate than with a virtual concert full of songs about sunshine and summer and the hope they bring!

Here Comes the Sun: Three Great Choruses, One Online Show will premiere Sunday, May 23, at 5:00pm EDT on YouTube. It’s a first-of-a kind collaboration between three of the area’s best-loved choruses. The Maplewood Glee Club is a community chorus that’s been delighting local audiences with its harmonies and humor since 1946. The Morris Music Men is Morris County’s premiere barbershop harmony chorus. The award-winning Hickory Tree Chorus shares the joy of barbershop through songs from the Beatles to Broadway This family-friendly show features a range of uplifting songs including Happy Together, Kokomo, Heat Wave, and Circle of Life, plus music by Beyoncé, Whitney Houston, Chance the Rapper, and more! The show will also feature guest appearances by two dynamic teen ensembles from West Morris Mendham High School.

Being LGBTQ+ in NJ: A History of a Community & GAAMC

GAAMC (Gay Activist Alliance in Morris County), is the second oldest continually operating LGBTQ+ organization in the United States. Founded in 1972, the group continues to challenge new and existing discriminatory laws, while also providing support services and social activities to the LGBTQ+ community in NJ. Join us as GAAMC members provide a unique and informative program about New Jersey's LGBTQ+ history, as well as how the organization has evolved during it's (almost) 50 years of existence.
