The TPRFM is proud to share that we are back for 2021! After several postponements and two very safe and successful events in 2020, the TPRFM returns for our annual Spring Fling market on May 15-16, 2021 at the Cure Insurance Arena Parking Lot located at 81 Hamilton Ave, Trenton, NJ!

Although smaller than our standard market due to Covid forcing us to find a new, temporary, outdoor home... this get down will still feature more than 140 different DIY (socially distant) vendors each day, several of the area's finest food trucks both days and plenty of socially distant high fives!

The Trent House Association presents a virtual presentation by Chef Walter Staib, host of the PBS series "A Taste of History." The program will begin at 2 pm on Sunday, May 16, 2021, via Zoom.

Chef Staib will bring history to life in his presentation on America's culinary beginnings. A master in the preparation of sophisticated 18th century cuisine, Chef Staib will describe the foods colonists in North America and founders of the United States ate and the recipes they prepared.

"No-No Boy": Asian American History through Music, Princeton Public Library

Julian Saporiti, the musician and scholar behind the "No-No Boy" project, joins library staff to watch, listen to and discuss his work connecting Asian American history to the present through song.

"No-No Boy" is an immersive multimedia work blending original folk songs, storytelling, and projected archival images to illuminate hidden American histories. Taking inspiration from his own family’s history living through the Vietnam War, as well as interviews with World War II Japanese Incarceration camp survivors and other stories of Asian American experience, Nashville born songwriter Julian Saporiti has transformed years of doctoral research at Brown University into an innovative project bridging a divide between art and scholarship.
