Celebrate World Water Day with an exploratory 1.3-mile hike of vernal pools on the Watershed Reserve. We might also find small invertebrates in the pools such as caddisflies, aquatic worms, and mosquitoes, which all play a part in these tiny habitats. Investigate these seasonal waters in search of these denizens and their eggs. Please register in advance; walk-ins will not be accepted. Waterproof boots are necessary. Ages 6 and up.
