Pennington Farmers Market

The Pennington Farmers Market is open Saturdays 9-1, June-November on the lawn at Rosedale Mills (101 Route 31 North in Hopewell Township). The Market provides growers and producers within 50 miles of Pennington, N.J., an opportunity to sell directly to the public, while promoting the nutritional, environmental, and community health benefits of sustainable living.

This year you will find 4 local farms represented, plus a bakery and a sauce-maker. Products for sale include: organic vegetables, grass-fed beef and other meat, eggs, wine, herbs, wool, honey, specialty sauces, maple syrup, bread & pastries. Miki & Friends OPEN AIR™ Walk, Attitudes in Reverse

Attitudes In Reverse® (AIR™), a Princeton-based nonprofit, will host its annual Miki & Friends OPEN AIR™ event on August 29, 2020 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the pavilion in West Windsor Community Park, Bernt Midland Blvd. (Hightstown Road/Route 571 near West Windsor Water Works), West Windsor, New Jersey.

The event will also feature a 5K walk with social distancing guidelines in place and live musical performances by New Jersey teens Tess Cameron and Kyler St. Phard. The event will continue the annual tradition of a butterfly release ceremony to honor loved ones who have passed away.

Registration to participate in the event and to have loved ones honored during the butterfly release ceremony is available at www.walkforair.org. Registration for the butterfly release ceremony is due August 25, 2020.
