Pam's Canning & Freezing Class, Terhune Orchards

While we are at the height of peach season try your hand at canning peaches and making peach jam. Plan ahead for the winter and learn how to freeze Jersey fresh corn and summer vegetables. It is perfect way to use your time at home to put away some of our favorite summer fruits and vegetables to enjoy over the summer. Peaches and tomatoes are available at special half bushel prices.

In order to maintain social distancing for this in-person demonstration, space will be limited so pre-purchase your $10 tickets in advance at www.shop.terhuneorchards.com. We know how popular Pam is so we will livestream this event for those unable make it to the farm on Terhune Facebook page and share the video on our weekly email!

Princeton Farmers Market

The Princeton Farmers market opens for the season this Thursday, May 28th! The market will be operating in the Franklin Avenue parking lot from 10am - 2pm. All customers must follow social distancing protocols and maintain a safe distance from each other. Customers are required to wear a mask. The market is located at: 46-80 Franklin Avenue.

Learning Without School: Teens Tell Their Stories

How can teens create an education for themselves based on their own individual interests and goals? Can they still go to college? What does it actually look like when a teen leaves conventional school and forges their own path? All of this will be discussed at our online teen panel. Panelist will include current and alumni members of the The Learning Cooperatives, who will tell their stories, with a Q&A to follow.
