FOR FRONTLINE HEROES: Resiliency and Relaxation with TRE (Tension, Stress and Trauma Release), PCYH Virtual

Saturday May 9, 2020
12:30 PM

FREE for Frontline Heroes - https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdyGbpxpk9lpPOoABdqyyOuPmbs6eX6V6b4O5YCq4OPvu0rrQ/viewform

This workshop will specifically address the special situation of our frontline heroes. It is FREE for all frontline workers.

TRE (Tension, Stress and Trauma Release) is a self-regulation technique that can be used by anyone to help reduce stress and tension. During this time of self-isolation it is nice to have a way to help yourself stay calm and grounded. When we are grounded we will experience less fear and anxiety, and therefore less pain and stress-related symptoms, and we will enjoy a clearer mind and calmer nervous system. This online workshop is limited in size due to the attention everyone will get. When you register you will get a guide on how to set up your camera for the best results. There will be ample time for questions and answers as well as time to experience the tremoring.
