Virtual Author Talk: Marta McDowell: “Emily Dickinson’s Gardening Life”, Princeton Public Library
Author Marta McDowell will share a selection of Dickinson's poems and a few stories and images from the poet's garden. McDowell lives, gardens, and writes in Chatham, New Jersey. She consults for public gardens and private clients, writes and lectures on gardening topics, and teaches landscape history and horticulture at the New York Botanical Garden, where she studied landscape design. She was the 2018 Gardener-in-Residence at the Emily Dickinson Museum. Presented in partnership with Labyrinth Books.
