Notes: Spring is about to bust out in all of its glorious colors. Learn the latest gardening techniques while soaking up the knowledge that gardening is good for the mind and the soul. This webinar will broadcast straight from the greenhouses at Somerset County Vo-Tech School.DePrado noted that horticultural therapy is a time-proven practice with therapeutic benefits and, because spring officially begins with the vernal equinox the very next day, March 20, this “is an ideal time to focus our energies on the therapeutic benefits of garden environments.”

Small goals and changes can have cumulative healthful effect. Every little bit –or bite – of nutrition is a step in the right direction. During this free workshop, Jill will help you identify simple little changes that can steer you towards a healthier diet As always, Jill will have a delicious food sample to share.

The Trenton program, "Transforming Criminal Justice in Our Lifetime: The New Jim Crow 10 Years Later," will provide a powerful, informed examination of what we can do to change our nation's practice of mass incarceration.
