Celebrate the season with a concert by singer Katie Welsh – Enjoy Holiday Melodies at the Arts Council of Princeton on Saturday, December 7th at 7:30.

Katie will again bring her "informative cabaret" approach to the evening by also sharing the often-surprising stories behind some of the season's favorite songs. As she describes it, "So many great seasonal songs, from 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas' to 'Silver Bells', became famous as standalone standards but originated in musicals on stage and screen. This concert is a fun opportunity to not only enjoy your favorite holiday tunes but also learn a bit more about their original contexts and backstories!
