"'Keep the Damned Women Out': The Struggle for Coeducation," will be the topic of a presentation by Nancy Weiss Malkiel, Professor emerita of history and the longest serving Dean of the College at Princeton University, at the meeting of 55-Plus at 10:00 a.m., Thursday September 12, at the Jewish Center of Princeton, 435 Nassau Street, Princeton, NJ. Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra (GPYO) is celebrating 60 years! GPYO will be holding spring auditions on September 12 from 5:30pm-9:00pm. Auditions are scheduled by appointment, so please fill out an application on our website. Auditions and rehearsals are held at Montgomery High School in Skillman, NJ. GPYO is looking for elementary through high school students in Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania, especially students who play double reeds, brass, and double bass.
