The Holocaust as Related by a Survivor, Princeton Public Library
Volunteers from the Jewish War Veterans recall their experiences and offer an audio/video slide presentation to supplement their talk. Speaker Daniel Goldsmith survived the Holocaust as a child in Belgium through the help of Catholic institutions. His story is about his family, his mother, his father and his sister, and what they went through during those terrible years. The Jewish War Veterans of the USA, organized in 1896 by Jewish Veterans of the Civil War, is the oldest active national veterans’ service organization in the United States. Among JWV’s activities are promoting legislation assisting veterans, sponsoring projects on Jewish communal concerns, support of Israel, advocacy for Soviet Jewry and combating anti-Semitism. 65 Witherspoon Street Princeton, 08542 United States
