Historic Princeton Walking Tour - Bainbridge House

Enjoy a 90 minute* walk around downtown Princeton and the University campus as you learn about historic sites in the area, including Bainbridge House, Nassau Hall, the University Chapel and Palmer Square. The early history of Princeton, the founding of the University and the American Revolution are just some of the stories from Princeton’s history that you will learn on your tour.

Tickets are $7. Advance purchase is recommended, as space is limited. Walk up ticket sales are cash only; guides cannot provide change.

Spanish Music Concert, The New School for Music Study

Travel with us to Spain on Sunday, February 10 as the faculty of The New School for Music Study perform a recital of Spanish music, including compositions by Albeniz, de Falla, Granados, and Mompou. The recital will also include two compositions that were inspired by Spain: Debussy's La Puerta del Vino and Liszt's Spanish Rhapsody.

The recital includes performances by Marvin Blickenstaff, Kristin Cahill, Jason Gallagher, Angela Triandafillou Jones, Kairy Koshoeva, and Allison Shinnick, with special guests Eva Kastner and Trevor Thornton.

Bruce Springsteen: Rock and Roll Future - Author Talk, Princeton Public Library

Photographer Barry Schneier talks about “Bruce Springsteen: Rock and Roll Future,” his book of images from the May, 1974, concert that changed the trajectory of Springsteen’s career. Joining Schneier in conversation about this pivotal moment in 20th-century American music will be Sean Wilentz, the George Henry Davis 1886 Professor of American History at Princeton University. A book signing will follow the presentation.

Jazz Pianists Steve Kramer and Michael Bernabe, Greater Princeton Steinway Society

The Greater Princeton Steinway Society will present a Jazz Musicale by pianists Steve Kramer and Michael Bernabe on Sunday, February 10, 2018. The concert will take place at 3:00 p.m. in the Recital Hall at Jacobs Music, 2540 Brunswick Pike (U.S. Route 1), Lawrenceville. NJ. A reception with refreshments and conversation with the performers will follow the performance.

Admission is $20 for individual nonmembers and $10 for full-time student nonmembers. The box office opens at Jacobs Music 30 minutes before each musicale. Seating is limited so please arrive early to assure a seat.
