The Peacock Inn, the only luxury boutique hotel and fine dining restaurant in the heart of Princeton, is pleased to introduce Wine Wednesdays, a new weekly wine tasting series for 2019. From 4pm to 6pm on Wednesdays, the bar transforms into a vineyard-style tasting room, where the wine-curious can enjoy an educational wine tasting with complimentary fruit, cheese, charcuterie, crackers, and crudités.

On Wednesday, January 23, 2019, from 4pm to 6pm, experts from Stonestreet Winery will explain how altitude affects wine production. Additional events in the series will feature Gusbourne, Signorello Estate, Taittinger, and Brewer-Clifton, among others. $24/person.

PHS Berklee Preview Show

The PHS Studio Band, Princeton Jazz Combo, Studio Vocals and Jazz Ensemble are off to the Berklee Jazz Festival, Boston, MA to compete against 300 bands in 6 divisions. This is the largest event of its kind in the USA. The Studio Band has placed first in their division for the last 9 years. Come to the John Witherspoon Middle School on January 23, to hear the competition pieces they will play at the Jazz Festival.

The event will be held in the auditorium. Admission for everyone is $5 per person.
