2018 National Chemistry Week "Chemistry is Out of This World" Activities Night, Princeton University's Frick Chemistry Laboratory
Help the Princeton Section of the American Chemical Society & Princeton University Celebrate National Chemistry Week 2018! This year's theme is "Chemistry is Out of This World!" Join us for an evening filled with hands-on activities and demonstrations focused on the chemistry of outer space. What is outer space? How do you get there? What do you need to pack for the trip? How do you figure out what's in stars and planets when you're stuck on Earth? How can space exploration help you with life on Earth? Is there life in space? All hands-on activities are supervised, and all demonstrations Performed by local scientists and science students. Recommended for ages 5 and up.
