Looking for a unique concert experience for music lovers of all ages? Come to the Church of St. Ann on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 3 pm for “Strings, Pipes, Kaboom!” a concert featuring the combined efforts of organ, bagpipes, ukuleles, drums and even kazoos. Each instrument brings its own unique sound to a program of classics from diverse genres. The audience will be “instrumental” in the program’s grand finale: A new, groundbreaking arrangement of Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture for organ, bagpipe, drums, ukulele, kazoo and light artillery. All present will receive a kazoo and are invited to play along in a triumphant rendition of the Overture that will leave you buzzing for days to come!

Admission to the concert is free. A free-will offering will be accepted, with 100% of the proceeds benefitting the “Kiwanis Camp Experience” a summer camp program of the Trenton Kiwanis and NJ Department of Environmental Protection which offers free camping trips at High Point State Park for disadvantaged Trenton children who would not otherwise be able to afford to go. A free “Meet the Musicians” reception will follow the performance, and plenty of free parking is available. The Church of St. Ann is located at 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
