Teen Anxiety Webinar, Penn Medicine

In this video, Jennifer Reynolds, LAC, Adolescent Primary Therapist, Princeton House Behavioral Health, explores the differences between helpful and harmful anxiety and reviews the physical signs that may indicate that an adolescent is experiencing a higher than typical level of anxiety. She provides suggestions for supporting a child with anxiety and explains how parents and guardians can play an integral role in helping teach coping mechanisms that can last a lifetime. Ms. Reynolds also offers recommendations for how to engage the child’s school and where to seek treatment.
