T'ai Chi for Balance and Fall Prevention

Please park on Eglantine Ave to access the church through the street entrance. Registration is required, we must have 10 participants to hold the class. To Register, call Liz 609-537-0257. Class fee is $25 per person for the 8 week series. Please bring a check made out to the Hopewell Valley Senior Foundation to the first class. T'ai Chi is a gentle exercise perfect for anyone seeking a mild but effective program that addresses physical, mental and emotional well-being. Participants can choose to stand or sit during class.
