2018 Beulah Oliphant Award Ceremony, The Old Barracks Museum
Join the Old Barracks in recognizing the achievements of Gail Hunton, a remarkable woman involved in New Jersey historic preservation. On Thursday, March 8, from 4:30-6:30pm, The Old Barracks Museum will be serving wine and hors d'oeuvres as we honor Gail Hunton with the 2018 Beulah Oliphant Award. Throughout her career, she has worked for numerous cities and counties throughout New Jersey, including Monmouth County, Plainfield, Cranbury Township, Mercer County, Westfield, Washington Township (Morris County), Matawan, Freehold, and more. She has led or assisted over 35 projects for the Monmouth County Park System, ensuring continued restoration of parks and buildings, interpretive materials, permanent exhibits, publications, archeological research, and National Register Nominations.
