Martin Luther King Day of Service Work Session in the Mapleton Preserve

Join Friends of Princeton Nursery Lands for an invigorating cleanup session, clearing small trees, brush, vines, and trash in the Mapleton Preserve. Come spend a winter afternoon outdoors, and discover the special joys of stewardship! Bring tools such as saws, clippers, loppers, and rakes. Put More Happy in Your New Year, Jersey Harmony Chorus

"Put More Happy in Your New Year" is the theme of Jersey Harmony Chorus's first guest night of 2018, to be held on Monday, January 15, at 7:15PM. The event is to be held at the regular rehearsal venue, Griggstown Reformed Church Recreation Hall, 1065 Canal Rd., Princeton (Griggstown Section of Franklin Township).

The new year is a great time for making new friends, finding an outlet to develop a new skill or revisit a former one, and having lots of fun! As a group who sings a cappella harmony in four-part style, the chorus invites women of all ages, with various degrees of vocal skills or experience, to join them for an opportunity to observe and listen to, join in with, and then mingle with members. Light refreshments will be served.
