D&R Greenway Land Trust, project partners and other community groups invite the public to a meeting to provide input for a proposed bicycle and pedestrian trail in Trenton. The proposed trail will link up the main D&R Canal State Park path near Trenton's Battle Monument, to the fragmented section in Hamilton Township. The trail will wind through Trenton's streets and onto the canal path, linking up to the Delaware River Heritage Trail and East Coast Greenway. The meeting will be held Tuesday, October 17, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Trenton Thunder Stadium, Yankee Club, 1 Thunder Road, Trenton. Spanish translation will be provided. Free hotdogs and pizza will be served to participants.
