What the World Needs Now: More Empathy, MCLS Virtual Program

Lynne Azarchi, Executive Director of Kidsbridge Youth Center, will lead this webinar designed for Parents, Caregivers, and Educators about how to nurture empathy in children. She will be joined by Danielle Yansick, Kidsbridge Education Director, who will show how empathy and mental health are related. She will share ways for both children and adults to better regulate their emotions and find joy through the use of calming techniques, simple movements, and ideas for self-care. Lynne Azarchi is the recent author of The Empathy Advantage -- a useful guide for instilling kindness and respect.
