Brown Bag Luncheon and First Friday Film Series, Hopewell Valley Seniors

April 5th will be one of our "Aging in Grace" series programs at The Brown Bag Luncheon at Pennington Presbyterian Church. Two local attorneys, Laura W. Cassavell and Victor J. Medina will focus on Wills, Living Wills and Powers of Attorneys. Bring your sandwich. Beverage and dessert will be provided. Lunch is at 12:30. The program will begin at 1:00. Everyone is welcome.

First Friday Film—BlacKkKlansman (2018) Friday, April 5, 1:30pm, Mercer County Library-Hopewell, 245 Pennington Titusville Road, Pennington. A black detective sets out to infiltrate the Colorado chapter of the Ku Klux Klan with the help of his Jewish colleague. In the midst of the 1970s civil rights movement, they risk their lives to obtain insider information on the violent organization (R, 135 minutes).

This Really Happened... Storytelling at HT

Join us for our ongoing series This Really Happened... featuring some of the most hilarious and moving storytellers on stage. With a rotating cast of storytellers, the show is always fresh. Audience members can also claim a spot in the show and share a "two-minute tale" at the open-mic at the end of each show, for up to six audience members. Hosted by Joey Novick, each show will be one hour long with no intermission, followed by the open mic segment of “two-minute tales."
