The Riverview Consort revels in Spring with music for four voices and two lutes from England, France, Italy, and a smattering of other countries. Songs, madrigals, and lute duets from the Medieval, Renaissance and early Baroque periods will delight as they celebrate Spring bursting forth from the earth - sun and warmer weather; forests and fields abundant with flowers and birdsong; and of course, young love. Join us for this joyful program that will leave you energized, humming, and ready to go a-Maying!
