Princeton Farmers’ Market

Princeton Farmers’ Market summer market season will take place at the Dinky Train Station parking lot (adjacent to Princeton Wawa) and will run from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., on Thursdays through November 17. The market will be accepting SNAP/EBT, and thanks to the Good Food Bucks program they will match eligible customers SNAP transactions up to $10 per market day! Summer Solstice Celebration, NJ Conservation Foundation

New Jersey Conservation Foundation will celebrate preserved land and the start of summer on Thursday, June 23, during a gala fundraiser at the historic Brick Farm Tavern in Hopewell. The "Summer Solstice Celebration of the Land" event will be held outdoors under an open-air tent starting at 6:30 p.m., and will feature gourmet farm-to-table fare and spirits, music, fun auctions, and summery, hand-crafted signature cocktails.

Festival Chorus, Princeton Festival

The Festival Chorus sings a stirring Bach cantata and Handel’s festive Chandos Anthem #9, accompanied by the Sebastians period-instrument Baroque ensemble. $10 to $50.

What the World Needs Now: More Empathy - Virtual

Lynne Azarchi, Executive Director of Kidsbridge Youth Center, will lead this webinar designed for Parents, Caregivers, and Educators about how to nurture empathy in children. She will be joined by Danielle Yansick, Kidsbridge Education Director, who will show how empathy and mental health are related. She will share ways for both children and adults to better regulate their emotions and find joy through the use of calming techniques, simple movements, and ideas for self-care. Lynne Azarchi is the recent author of The Empathy Advantage -- a useful guide for instilling kindness and respect.
