Join Chef Jon Boot who will cook up an online culinary demo just for PSRC which will consist of two dishes: roasted butternut squash soup with apple, pumpkin seeds, and spiced crème fraiche; and a fish du jour dish with spaghetti squash and seasonal mushrooms.

Jon Boot is a chef from New Jersey who has been cooking professionally for twenty years in some of the Garden State’s best restaurants. Suellen Boot graduated with a degree in biochemistry and is also a licensed integrative nutrition health coach. Registration required, no fee.
