Birding Field Trip, Washington Crossing Audubon Society

Join Washington Crossing Audubon Society for a free, public birding trip led by Sharyn Magee around the Pole Farm of Mercer Meadows. We will be on the alert for raptors, woodpeckers, migration fly-overs, early migrating songbirds and perhaps even a bald eagle.

Directions: Take Keefe Rd. to Cold Soil Rd.; the entrance is on the left. Call Brad Merritt at (609) 921-8964 if additional information is needed or in case of inclement weather.

Princeton Photo Workshop: Special Access: Inside a Working Boatyard

We've obtained access to the inner and outer workings of a real boatyard. We'll photograph the boatwrights in their workshop as they fix everything from classic wooden sailboats to modern powerboats, then tour the boatyard to photograph vessels along the pier and sailboats in motion. Your instructor will be with you to offer advice, help with technical issues, make composition suggestions and answer your questions., $129

Vintage Baseball Game - Historical Society of Princeton

Part game, part show, part history lesson and ALL fun, the Flemington Neshanock and the Diamond State Base Ball Club will play competitive matches of bare-handed baseball, wearing period uniforms and using rules from 1864 or 1873. The event also includes facts on the history of the game and a recitation of “Casey at the Bat.” Free – bring a blanket or lawn chair.
