JFCS 4th Annual Wheels for Meals

What better way to celebrate fall than with Pick-Your-Own Pumpkins and Apples! Enjoy pony rides, pedal and play tractors, children’s games & activities, visit the Corn Stalk Maze and Hay Bale Maze, Adventure Story Barn, our barnyard of farm animals and so much more farm fun. In our historic apple orchard, enjoy tasting flights or a glass of red, white or fruit-based wine made from Terhune own grapes and fruit, with plenty of open-air seating.

All Aboard Bordentown Railroad

History-filled day features a talk and walk that explores the Camden & Amboy Railroad, New Jersey's first railroad and one of the oldest continuing train rails in the nation. The program also celebrates the State of New Jersey's recent announcement to repair the historic 1831 Farnsworth Avenue Stone Arch Carriage Bridge and Tunnel, the oldest carriage bridge built over railroad tracks and in continuous use in the United States. The program's guide is Pierre Lacombe, a Camden & Amboy Railroad expert, member of the Bordentown Historical Society, and retired U.S. Geological Survey geologist. Additional train historians and officials also participate.

2024 Roll & Stroll, Lambertville Historical Society & Bike Lambertville

Enjoy a leisurely bike ride on the towpath and quiet streets of Lambertville while learning more about the city's history from an LHS docent. The 4-mile route allows participants to explore historic sites that are not part of the LHS walking tour. Additional, optional 6-mile ride following to the Prallsville Mills site in Stockton. All-Ages Folk Dance, Princeton Country Dancers

Our family-friendly dance features square dances, contra dances, play party games, other traditional American dances, and sometimes folk dances from around the world; it’s great fun for the whole family, from young children (ages 4 and up) to adults. The dances will be led by our local callers; live music will be provided by the Mixed Age Dance Band. Musicians of all ages and abilities are welcome to join the MAD Band - there is a rehearsal immediately before each family dance. No partner or experience is needed. Covid vaccines and masking are optional. Admission: $10 per person, or $25 per family of 3 or more. For those with limited income: $5-$10 per person and $15-$25 per family
